PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT SHIP TO PO BOXES! A phone number is required to ship. If there are any errors in the information that you provide, there may be shipping delays.

Insurance is required when purchasing from TARA 4779  and shipping rates vary according to the weight.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. Since each item is made to order so we do not give refunds. You will receive a store credit for future purchases. In order to return your purchase you must contact the studio by email at info@tara4779.com to receive return shipping instructions. The piece MUST be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery, in saleable condition and in its original packaging. Once we receive your package, and examine the returned piece, you will receive an email as soon as your return has been processed. BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL ORIGINAL SHIPPING DOCUMENTS FOR EASE OF RETURN.

REPAIRS
Tara 4779 reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, or exchanges. For all repairs inquiries, please email info@tara4779.com. We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping and insurance costs to and from the studio.

OXIDATION

SIZING
All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you are unsure of your size, we highly recommend visiting your local jeweler and have your finger sized, or you can visit this website. We will not replace if an incorrect size has been ordered.

We suggest that you insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. To expedite your return and for purposes of security we recommend FedEx or UPS.
